SATURDAY DELIVERY requires one day air; then, an additional $10 will be added to your charge.

APO, MPO, and FPO SHIPMENTS: All these shipments are made by U S Mail. These shipments are sent insured, with tracking numbers assigned. Delivery is 4 to 6 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipments to Canada can be delivered by either UPS Ground or US Priority Mail International. HOWEVER, UPS will collect custom charges as well as a brokerage fee. Please be aware of these charges before placing your order. All other shipments outside the United States are made via US Priority Mail International(Delivered in 6-10 business days). We will adjust shipping fees for Priority International Mail packages once actual postage is determined. Any tariffs or customs fees levied are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING ERRORS If a shipment is sent to the wrong address and we are at fault, we will re-send to the correct address as soon as we are notified of our error. If a shipment is sent to the wrong address at the fault of the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional charges.

RETURNS: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Christmas Shoppers that purchase items in November & December will have until January 31 to return items. Return prepaid to 2747 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City, OK 73112. Enclose the return slip included with your package, and credit will be issued for the amount of the merchandise. We will credit postage for returns due to our shipping error. Please note that opened packages of underwear are not returnable. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 30 DAYS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

EXCHANGES: Merchandise that is exchanged for you that is not the result of a shipping error or defective merchandise will be subject to a shipping charge.
