SHIPPING INFORMATION: Orders are shipped 1 to 2 business days after receipt of order. If delivery cannot be made within 2 business days, you will be emailed the expected shipping date, and the order will be considered valid unless you cancel by email or phone. Normal delivery does NOT include Saturday or Sunday. If you want Saturday delivery, you MUST choose Next Day Air Saturday Delivery.

Customers will be advised by email of the date their order is shipped.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: You must supply us with the billing address for your credit card when you submit an order. List this as the BILL TO on the order form if different than the ship to address. If your bill to address on the order is not the same as the credit card billing address, we cannot process the order.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: They are valid towards the purchase of merchandise and/or shipping charges on our web store only. Valid for one year. The Gift Certificate will be emailed to the recipient one day after purchase.

ALTERATIONS: The only alterations available are cuffs and plain bottoms. The charge for cuffs is $10.00 and plain bottoms are $8.00. Altered merchandise is not returnable.

RETURNS: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Christmas Shoppers that purchase items in November & December will have until January 31 to return items. Return prepaid to 2747 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City, OK 73112. Enclose the return slip included with your package, and credit will be issued for the amount of the merchandise. We will credit postage for returns due to our shipping error. Please note that opened packages of underwear are not returnable. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 30 DAYS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

EXCHANGES: Merchandise that is exchanged for you that is not the result of a shipping error or defective merchandise will be subject to a shipping charge.
